Geniene Piché

Geniene Piché, who joined FCPS in June 2023, came to Northern with more than 20 years of experience as an educator. Most recently, she was director of language learners for Boone County Schools. 

Born and raised in South Africa, Piché began her career as a music teacher and later moved into the roles of English learner teacher and coordinator. She served in various capacities and leadership positions in Boone County since 2011, and she previously taught in Cincinnati Public Schools. 

Piché holds a bachelor’s degree in music and a master’s degree in music education from Mount St. Joseph University, as well as a master’s degree in educational administration, and a doctorate in urban educational leadership from the University of Cincinnati.
